Dale Fillmore is Senior Pastor for New Day Church (a Church of the Nazarene) in Okmulgee, OK; enjoying that privilege since 2017. A minister for fifty-five years, He is passionate about saving the lost, missions, and unity within the Church, the Body of Christ. He earned his B.S. in Bible and Religion from Arlington College and continued his studies at Anderson School of Theology.

Connie Fillmore is the wife of Pastor Dale Fillmore, and fills the roles of Worship Leader and Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI) Director at New Day Church. Connie is passionate about teaching children about Jesus and worshiping God in song. Called to the ministry in her teens, Connie married Pastor Dale Fillmore and has been working at his side for over fifty-five years, including being a missionary to Brazil for thirteen years, an Academic Director and teacher in the seminary they helped start in Northern Brazil, and teaching Prepared Childbirth courses. Connie's current hobby is making jewelry.

Together with his wife, Connie, he spent thirteen years as a missionary in northern Brazil, in the position of Church Development and Leadership Training in Northern Brazil. While in Brazil, Dale acquired his M.A. in Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University; and he and his wife became the Academic Directors and teachers of a new seminary (ITBT – Amazonia) in Itaituba, Para, Brazil. Dale's hobbies include sports, being a musician, historical fiction, and photography.
